When are gay conservatives going to get the message that they are not welcome in the Republican Party or the party's various ideological and organizational apparatus?
In an age where the Conservative Political Action Conference run by the American Conservative Union can be criticized for being overun by Islamist Radicals bent on defiling America, of course you guys will get run by these bigots.
I don't care how closely aligned with them you are ideologically, or how much you hate Obama or how well you can quote Barry Goldwater, you will never — I repeat, never — be one of them or welcome around them.
Gay conservatives just don't seem to get the fact that their mere existence is not only an anathema to the movement, but is an existentially bendy bit of cognitive dissonance that only the most flexible conspiracy theorists can twist into the fabric of reactionary reality.
You are the Thing-That-Shoud-Not-Be!
And with the current hate-filled direction of the movement, don't expect an Afterschool Special moment of understanding and acceptance anytime soon...
