What's on your mind this grand Sunday?
As for me, I have been reading this Frank Rich piece in yesterday's New York Times.
In it he details the similarities between the American Liberty League of the early 1930s, the John Birch Society of the 60s and 70s and today Tea Party activists.
The common thread? Billionaire bankrollers who are really pushing corporatism/fascism and will gleefully press these useful idiots into reactor shielding once they have served their political purpose.
Yes, this is populism at its worst/best!
