I read the headline: "William 'Bill' Randall Wins Primary Election...
Wait a moment, I think, this is the same William 'Bill' Randall who believes that the government colluded with British Petroleum to blowup the Deepwater Horizon and create an environmental holocaust in the Gulf of Mexico, in order to give the Obama Administration the political capital necessary to spike offshore oil drilling.
How the hell does this guy manage to even function on the campaign trail with all those voices in his head, much less win an election?
Then I read the rest of the headline: "...to be Republican Challenger in North Carolina's 13th District."
Oh.
Frankly, I wish I'd written this first, but I think Evan MacMorris-Santoro, one of the bit-slugs over at Comrade Joshua's salt mine o' news, got it right the first time:
North Carolinians made their choice in the 13th Congressional District Republican runoff last night. And most of them went with the guy whose take on the worst environmental disaster in the nation's history makes Oliver Stone's JFK look like a Ken Burns documentary.
Really? Teabaggers are now reaching for their own version of "Bush/Mossad knocked down the twin towers" thing? Well, if imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, if not laziness, then the "Truthers" must be feeling very exalted by now...
