Without recapitulating too much of anothers post, suffice it to say that Antonin Scalia, "Fat Tony" as he is known on the street, has authored yet another missive designed to make sure the Golden Rule stays in tact: you know, "He Who Has The Gold Makes The Rules."
The case is Rent-a-Center v. Jackson, docket 09-497 and good recap of the action can be found at ScotusWiki.
Essentially, Fat Tony decided that you can be forced into waiving your right to access justice through the courts in exchange for the exalted privilege of a job to keep a roof over your head, clothes on your back and food on the table.
Yeah, you can have a job or your rights. In Fat Tony's America you can't have both. That would be anti-business...
